Liljebeck Farms | Woodinville Venue for Rustic Couples

Being perfectly honest, I feel like Rona robbed us of all that is wonderful and exciting about the months leading up to the 2020 wedding season. Typically, January through May is filled with all kinds of wedding shows, open houses and other opportunities to meet local vendors. This year, couples and vendors alike missed out on the majority of these opportunities. Lucky for me, I’ve been able to tour several local venues and feature them for you to virtually tour. Liljebeck Farms is an incredible Woodinville wedding venue right off the beaten path.

Pulling up to the venue, you’re transported to every country girl’s dream. The beautiful black metal Liljebeck Farms sign and a vintage John Deere tractor, flank the back of the silo bar and antique windmill. Bits of John Deere green peek through the rust of the tractor as you turn into the driveway. As I stepped out of my car I was amazed at how quiet Liljebeck Farms is. The tall trees in the back block the majority of the road noise, and every so often I could hear the bleet of a goat or whinny of a horse. The peacefulness makes this one of those places you just want to sit and stay forever.

Equestrian arena turned Woodinville Wedding Venue

Liljebeck Farms was originally an equestrian stable and arena. Entering the venue, you’re welcomed by the smell of fresh pine and beautiful reclaimed wood elements from the original equestrian arena structure can be seen. To your right is their photo booth with two set backdrops and one which can be used to do whatever you’d like. A seating area is ahead of you, and I can already see the groom and groomsmen gathered in this area for photos. The beautiful building features both indoor ceremony and reception areas, along with the bridal suite, grooms suite and a full bar area. Not a single detail has been missed in this beautiful barn. The square hanging lights were custom made by Mr. Liljebeck himself, and looking up you’ll see the glittering champagne colored chandeliers.

The Bridal and Groom’s Suites

Heading into the bridal suite, you’ll find one of the best bridal suites in the greater Seattle area. A long counter height bar and stools provides plenty of room for all your bridesmaids to finish or touch up their hair and makeup. Soft grey velvet couches offer comfy spots for everyone to relax and enjoy a mimosa while you get ready. With plenty of beautiful light and space in this bridal suite, you won’t want to ever leave. Plus, the Bridal suite has their own private bathroom, so no need to risk your guests seeing you!

Between the suites sits the Sweetheart Wall, where couples get to burn their initials and wedding date into the hearts. One day this will be full of wonderful couples who’ve chosen to marry at Liljebeck Farms.

The Love Wall outside the Bridal and Groom’s Suites

The Groom’s Suite is out of this world as well. Not wanting the grooms to feel like their getting ready area was a “last thought”, Tami made sure to give this room some major flare. Complete with a pool table, TV and darts, it’s going to be tough to drag your guys away from this room. The masculine flare includes the steering wheel chandelier above the pool table, the front end of a classic car serves as a TV stand, and end tables that look like they came straight from Route 66 will make you feel like this is your dream man cave. Of course, who could miss the concrete skull that sits on one of the shelves? The Liljebecks really knocked this Groom’s suite out of the park.

Rustic Perfection at Liljebeck Farms

Heading outside you’ll find the Silo Bar, fire pit and an incredible ceremony space for your outdoor ceremony. A variety of spaces are available for your guests to enjoy, and more than enough room for everyone to roam. This outdoor space would work wonderfully with some giant jenga, dice or other outdoor yard games on a sunny day. There is so much potential here that you’ll want to stay the whole weekend.

Chatting with Tami was such fun, and you’ll really enjoy her warm hospitality. This venue was straight out of my dreams and they really pulled it off. The best part is they include all the decor, chairs, tables and they have a full decor room where you can “shop” for your wedding day at no extra cost. The only thing that is an additional charge here is the photo booth. Your country girl spirit will be right at home at Liljebeck Farms.
