Marymoor Park Engagement | Heidi + Brad

I’m probably one of the most stubborn people you will ever meet. This is both a blessing (for you) and a curse (for me). It means that when I insist you have an engagement session, YOU GET AN ENGAGEMENT SESSION! And though the scheduling with Heidi + Brad took us right up to two weeks before their wedding: Their Marymoor Park Engagement was worth it!

Panic at the Dog Park

Honestly, I was dreaming of pretty trails and the river bank when I picked Marymoor Park for Heidi + Brad’s engagement session, but when we arrived at the park we found there was an event happening and my first and second choices for locations were blocked. In a slight panic (yep, I panic too!), I suggested the dog park, even though they didn’t have a dog as far as I knew, and I wasn’t even sure if they liked dogs. (Lucky for me, they like dogs).

The whole session was pure luck. The sun started to set beautifully over the hills, while the dogs all ran wild living their best lives. Ironically, not a single one photobombed our session. We spent a little extra time chatting and having a great time together. Heidi + Brad were such a blast to photograph and we’re truly honored to have them as friends.
